Return Policy

1) Defective tubes must be returned within 10 days.  Full refunds/return credit will be given on defective tubes only.  A defective tube is one that does not meet minimum tube handbook specifications.  We test all tubes for these specifications before shipping them.  Tubes that pass before shipping and do not pass when you return them may not qualify for credit as this suggests that the tube was destroyed by misapplication or abuse.

2) All audio preamplifier tubes (where possible) are checked for excessive microphonics and noise before shipment.  You may return an audio tube if you don't like the sound, but this return is subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.

3) Sweep tubes must be returned within 10 days for evaluation.  If I determine that the sweep tube was damaged by misuse, misapplication (using them in linear amplifiers) or other abuse THE TUBE WILL NOT BE REPLACED AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN.   I WILL NOT replace a sweep tube after 10 days under any circumstances. The tube must look and test like it did before I shipped it.

4) Shipping is not refundable

IF I DETERMINE THAT AN AMPLIFIER TUBE HAS BEEN DAMAGED BY YOUR EQUIPMENT, THE TUBE WILL NOT BE REPLACED AND NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNED AMPLIFIER TUBES AFTER THE 10 DAY PERIOD UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ADJUST THE BIAS ON AUDIO & RF AMPLIFIERS WHEN YOU REPLACE THE TUBES. THIS MUST ALWAYS BE DONE WHEN REPLACING TUBES OR YOU RISK DESTRUCTION OF THE TUBE.

MAKE SURE THAT YOU ADJUST THE NEUTRALIZATION OF ANY RF AMPLIFIER AFTER REPLACEMENT OF THE FINAL TUBES.  YOU MUST ALWAYS DO THIS REGARDLESS OF WEATHER THE TUBES WERE MATCHED OR NOT.  FAILURE TO DO SO MAY DESTROY THE TUBES.

Remember!! You must contact me within 10 days or I WILL NOT REPLACE THE TUBE!!!!!
